Afternoon Tea with GFs at Grand Floridian Resorts

We are girlfriends

My husband had a wonderful friends online, they are also Disney Vacation Club members just like us. We finally meet in person during the mouseowners events. One of their event is GFs afternoon tea at Grand Floridian Resorts. Brian was asking me if I wanna join and I said "SURE". I will just give a shot and I never chatted them online because I got busy with the kids and my money blogging LOL.

Do you want some tea?

I first met few of the ladies during the first event- get together at the pool at Boardwalk Villas. It is funny because we brought our swim wear. Benjamin was so excited to jump at the pool. He is wearing his lifevest already. I just did not have a chance to talk to them but even for that. They are nice ladies and they are very friendly. I can see on their faces.

I never done any afternoon tea before and I just don't have an idea what we are going to do. I was asking them if they were done it before but all of us said "NEVER". This is fun and I was trying to figure out what am I gonna order at their menu. It seems everything are very interesting. I always drink green tea and I just remembered that Brian's sister loves Jasmine tea. Oh well, I guess I will try Jasmine tea. I had it before but then maybe theirs are different. The server asked what we gonna have and I ordered Buckingham Palace hahahhaa.. wow! that is pretty expensive - its a palace in Europe. I am just kidding. But I really ordered something Buckingham LOL and I asked if I could have a Jasmine Tea. The tea smells so good and it taste different than the one I tried before.

The server serves us a jug of tea LOL and then she poured it on our tea cups LOL. She saw that nobody starting. I was enjoying talking with them. The server came and she brought our sandwiches.

When we were done eating our sandwiches, the servers served us two types of tarts. It is very yummy..... and then I asked the ladies that I need to go because Brian is waiting for me in the outside. I did not bother to get some dessert.... I know that was yum!

This is the menu that I ordered during our GFs afternoon tea ...Buckingham Palace - Our traditional tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts complemented by fresh strawberries and cream, or a selection of freshly baked pastries, along with your choice of tea. $19.50 per guest .... and I choose Jasmine tea.. a jug of tea LOL.
