My lego house

When we went to Yokohama for church, we were told that there is lego store at the Grand Berry Mall. This mall we saw when we passed it on our way to Tokyo but we did not stop over there. After church, we just roam around the mall and look some good stuff. But we end up of going to lego store. It is a small shops but big enough for little kids and a little kids at heart.

As I am browsing, I really feel in love to one of their design which is a house and I can create 3 types of house/shall I say 3 design. I asked hubby to buy me lego. But I decided not to because we spent 200$ already and I dont wanna add any expenses on that day.

When we went to Livin store here in yokosuka yesterday, I saw the house lego and I like to have it. My husband say that I could have it and it is a little bit cheaper than the lego store in Yokohama.

So last night, I built my first design and it is really cool.

My Birthday celebrations !!!!

A friend of mine called me two days before my birthday and asked if I could join them for a lunch in a sushi restaurant. I really love sushi but I don't eat frequently even though we can go easily to the 100 yen sushi restaurant. It is not really 100 yen because you are paying 105 yen.

Here in Japan, 100 yen sushi restaurant is really popular. You can see it anywhere. You just sit there in a sushi bar and there is a conveyor bringing the food you like to eat. You just picked it.

This time, we did not go to the 100 yen sushi restaurant but instead we went to (I forgot the name, I cannot read Kanji) but it is at the side of Family Side Restaurant. There were 8 ladies joining the girls lunchy and we were enjoying the food. A friend of mine, Rene does not want to eat raw fish/sea food. She wanted it cook. They served also cook food. They even have fried chicken which is really good. The braiding is not a lot and you can see the meat of the chicken.

I was eating a lot and lots and lots of tuna sushi- YUM! I just wished I brought my camera so I can share photos. But just think of it LOL.

dinner at Ayaki's house- Benjamin classmate

I was looking forward to see my Japanese friends. Ayaki Mama is going to prepare a typical Japanese food. I got curious on what their house look like. If it is a typical Japanese home or mixed with Western style of home. Well their house is mixed with Western style.

I am so excited to see them and have fun.

We were talking a lot of stuff. Ayaki Mama cook okonomiyaki- it is a just like a pancake but they put some meat on it and some vegetables and then sprinkled with sauce, mayonaise and fish flakes with some green powdery thing.

Planning to go to US Embassy here in Tokyo

Before we left from WA, Brian and I were talking of getting my passport here in Japan but we don't have idea where is the embassy. When we got here Feb 1st, the following week we will be having an AOB class. It is an area orientation briefing for newcomer here at the base. They need to conduct briefing or else we will be looking bad by the Japanese people. Japan is the host country for US Military bases and we need to respect them. They are polite and nice people.

By the way, this coming Friday. We will be going to Tokyo and apply for my blue passport. We were using brown as an official passport. So then, we, family can go anywhere in asia. I wanna visit Philippines and show Mary to my families there.

We might hit Disneyland. Hubby was looking into consideration of visiting the parks.
