Visiting in PI for 3 weeks

I was so happy knowing that we can visit in the Philippines. I made a reservation for the plane ticket of course with the help of my hubby and also the hotel we will be staying there in Manila. We got there evening and we stayed at Copacabana Mansion. Boy! their place is nice but it is on the old side. I am glad that there is no cockroaches. On the way back to Japan, we stayed at Kabayan Hotel, I am going to recommend this hotel to all my fellow kababayans. Their rooms are nice and it feels clean.

Me and kids had a great time visiting in the Philippines. I never got a chance to see all my friends that I contacted before I left here in Japan. But anyways, we can visit in PI anytime anyways because it is just only 4 hours and 20 minutes away by flying. Of course, it depends also the finances.

I was really happy to see my family. Family is always a family. Whenever we were visiting to our homeland, family is always be the first. We were spending lots of time with my parents and also to my siblings. We were having a get together right away when we got there. They were enjoying meeting Ben and Mary. Mary is not like as Ben before that he was always clinging on me. She just come to anyone especially if there is dog that she can see. Boy! my kids are a dog lover. Ben was thinking to get a dog and take care of it. But I just don't want to. It is just added to my work here at home. I know it ends up that I am the one taking care of it.

Ben and Mary love to play in the farm, Ben even insisted to bring a duck here in Japan. That was funny! They were playing at the irrigation canal which is adjacent to our farm. They are playful kids, maybe they thought that this is a big tub LOL. Both of them got a chance to go fishing to my Aunt's fish pond. They enjoyed and had a big giggles when they caught a fish. My grandmother was so happy to see Mary, she can see Mary just like my mother that has a curly hair. It is really cool. Lola was so happy to see us and I just made it sure that there is photo with the kids. It is important for the family history book that I am making.

I finally weaned Mary and my sister Delle was the one taking care of her 24 hours. I was there but I will just assist of what my sister needs to do. I was hiding if Mary will eat her meals and so time for her to go to take a nap or sleep at night. It is getting hard for her but I know she will surpassed it. She did! We end up of losing 9 days for our vacation time. But it is okey anyways, no big deal. The bonding we need to my family is the most important thing. There is nothing my parents could ask me. Because they saw their wonderful grandkids.

We went to Paradise Resorts.. boy! we had a bad experience there. If you wanna know what is it. Then I will let you know. One thing that I don't like with their policy. If you have a friend and they wanted to have an overnight stay but they don't want to get a room at their cottages in Paradise and I want to get a room for me and my kids then they won't allow me to get a room of my own. Because I have friends staying overnight which does not want to get a room but to stay and sleep along the side of the shore. People can stay overnight there by using lounge. It is kind of unfair but I don't know what is their big reason for it. As they said, policy is policy. They does not want my money, well that night that they does not wanted us to get a room then we went to Costa Marina Resorts, it is adjacent to Paradise, we spent the night there. The place was very nice even it is not fully developed. Even the materials they used is on the cheap side. The bed sheets are rough- I wished it is smoother. Their towels are obviously cheap. The nice thing, they have warm water. I just could not believe it, when we were taking a shower there- the water is cold and I and even the kids were jumping up and down because it feels so cold.

The last 2 days we were there, we visited the Puentespina Orchids resort or shall we say Malagos Garden Resort. Oh my gosh, I am hoping to see beautiful dendrobium vanda and many more orchids but I was disappointed. The last time we seen this place that was 3 years ago, This place is getting ugly and there is no appeal to my eyes. But they have beautiful waling waling though clinging on the tree but that was not enough. They have tour guid LOL. Then after that we went to the crocodile farm. The crocs farm was getting better, it was ugly before. Benjamin and Mary were enjoying though. The most appealing for both kids is the talking bird.

Well... I will say I am done my posting. I wanna say more but I am tired to relay everything LOL

Been so quiet for so long

There were so many things happened for the past month. Boy! I was so busy... busy as a bee. First, I was busy having get togethers with my friends here in Yokosuka and so my Japanese ladies friends. Then we went to the Philippines and stayed there for 3 weeks and then back here in Yokosuka.... having fun with friends again.

I need to post photos in my blog or else nobody will come here.
